If you are dissatisfied with your purchase/s for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
We want you to be happy with your Praha Jewelry Design
purchase. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your
purchase, please contact us at sales@prahajewelry.com within 15 days of the receipt of your order, and we will arrange to
exchange your purchase. Your return merchandise must be received back
to us within 21 days upon receipt of your order.

BEFORE returning items stating the order number, which item(s) you'd
like to return, and the reason. We will provide you with a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email as soon as possible.
- Merchandise must be in the original, clean, unused condition. Used, unclean or damaged items can not be accepted.
- Merchandise
must be carefully packed in a sturdy box with the original packaging.
NOTE: We will not accept or take responsibility for goods lost or
damaged in return shipping back to us.
Once we receive
your package, we will email you to let you know that we have received
the item, and how to use your merchandise credit.
